The works you see here are the ones that have a special place in my heart. I like these works for different reasons. Sometimes, it is because of the complexity of the image, or it is because of how beautifully balanced the colors are, and sometimes it is because it has exactly that elegance that I love in botanical illustrations. Most of these works were commissions. I was given a topic by someone else, and together we worked towards this result. Some works were also personal projects; just something I felt like painting. And other illustrations started as simple practice pieces; with no real plan and no real goal.
